[fa icon="plus-square"] Can we bring a guest?
Yes, every Clyde President's Club inductee can invite one guest.  Your guest should be a spouse, significant other, sibling, or best friend.  It should be someone that is an important part of your life.  This is an 18 and over property so no children allowed.
[fa icon="plus-square"] When must we RSVP by?

All winners will be notified by February 2nd and all RSVP's must be received by February 11th!  Please make sure your RSVP is on time to secure your spot in the April trip.

Passports are required for travel to Mexico.  Please make sure your passport does not expire until after the trip!

You will be asked to fill out a tourist card upon arrival, please do NOT lose this small white card as its required for exit from the country.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What are my flight details?

Please do not book flights on your own.

Rachel will be in contact with all Clyde attendees to coordinate flights.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Is airport transportation provided?

Yes. When you arrive to Cancun airport, please proceed through customs then pick up luggage and pass through immigration. Please follow signs towards the exit and make sure you completely exit the airport before looking for your transfer. It will be outside the airport, not inside. Please look for the Clyde sign held by Amstar DMC once you exit the airport. They will be wearing blue Hawaiian shirts and khaki pants.

Upon arrival, when you pass through immigration, please make sure you keep the white bottom section of the immigration form as you will need it to depart the country!

For your transfer from Live Aqua to the Cancun airport, you must check out from the hotel and meet the Amstar rep in the main lobby. At check out, you will be provided with a hotel checkout card, which you will need to provide to the bellman in order to depart the hotel.

[fa icon="plus-square"] Can I come early or extend my trip?

Please email Info@ExecutiveGroupTravel.com for extension requests at the discounted group rate.  Each additional night is $300++ per room for double occupancy.  Again this is the total price for two people per room.  

Once Executive Group Travel confirms your extension, you have 72 hours to cancel those nights. After 72 hours, any cancelled nights will be billed back to you through payroll.

 

 

[fa icon="plus-square"] What should I pack?

This is a casual trip, shorts/bathing suits and sandals will be worn for most of the event!  

Only one restaurant MB, requires long pants and closed toed shoes for men for dinner, the rest of the restaurants are casual.

[fa icon="plus-square"] What can I expense from this trip?

Given the resort is all-inclusive, we ask that you only expense airport transfers (home to airport round-trip) for this event!

[fa icon="plus-square"] If the itinerary changes, how will I stay updated?

There will be two options.

1.  All updates and changes will be communicated to you through your individual itinerary and Travefy app so we highly recommend downloading it before the trip.  

2.  The website will also have all updates posted before the event and during the event.
